Full Tummy Tuck:
Full tummy tuck method covers the whole abdomen, as the name suggests. It targets both the upper and lower abdominal areas. It is a procedure that typically lasts around 2-3 hours. During a full tummy tuck surgery, the abdominal muscles are tightened, excess skin and fat tissue are removed, and the abdominal area is reshaped. At this stage, while the abdomen is being flattened, the waist contour is also worked on.
Mini Tummy Tuck:
Mini tummy tuck surgery covers a more limited area than Full tummy tuck operation. They both are performed in almost the same ways. In Mini tummy tuck, the small belly pouch in the lower abdominal area is targeted. The incision size in this procedure is smaller than Full tummy tuck. Since this area is located below the belly button, repositioning of the belly button is not necessary in a Mini tummy tuck surgery. The surgery typically takes around 1-2 hours, and the recovery period is usually less than a week.
Extented Tummy Tuck:
In Extended tummy tuck operation, along with reducing fat tissue in the abdominal area and tightening abdominal muscles, the buttocks and waist area are also included. To reduce sagging in the hips, the back-waist area known as “love handles,” and the outer thighs, the skin is pulled upward and tightened within an Extended tummy tuck surgery.
Fleur-De-Lis Tummy Tuck:
Fleur-de-lis tummy tuck procedure is performed on patients who lost a great amount of weight or who have excess skin after giving birth. In this operation, the cesarean area is incised.
360 Tummy Tuck:
In 360 tummy tuck procedure, the excess fat and sagging skin on mid and lower abdomen, outer thighs, hips, and tailend are removed and the abdominal muscles are sutured and strengthened.
